A.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mil\u00e1 A.<\/p>\n<p>Nem\u00e1m dost informac\u00ed o tom, jak se chov\u00e1 tv\u016fj man\u017eel, kdy\u017e je nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, ale zkusme se zamyslet nad \u00a0t\u00edm, co by mohlo b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nervozity obecn\u011b&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jsou dva hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvody, kdy jsou lid\u00e9 (ale i zv\u00ed\u0159ata) nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed:\u00a0 neuspokojen\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pot\u0159eby a pocit ohro\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Asi to v\u0161ichni zn\u00e1me, situaci, kdy si hladov\u00ed jako vlci zrovna sed\u00e1me ke stolu a najednou zvon\u00ed zvonek nebo telefon. V\u00a0tu chv\u00edli jsme pln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, netrp\u011blivosti, neklidu a rozlad\u011bn\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 pot\u0159eby m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk uspokojit s\u00e1m, jin\u00e9 se daj\u00ed naplnit pouze prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jin\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Jin\u00e9 pot\u0159eby m\u00e1\u00a0 na\u0161e t\u011blo, jin\u00e9 mysl a jin\u00e9 du\u0161i\u010dka, vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se v\u0161ak prol\u00ednaj\u00ed a n\u011bkdy si m\u016f\u017eou i trochu odporovat. (Nap\u0159.: nenech\u00e1m si uj\u00edt mejdan, p\u0159esto\u017ee jsem hrozn\u011b ospal\u00e1. N\u011bkdy nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 si to uv\u011bdomit a p\u0159iznat a je\u0161t\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u010dinit kroky pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k\u00a0tomu, aby se na\u0161e pot\u0159eby naplnily. Chce to up\u0159\u00edmnost a l\u00e1sku s\u00e1m k\u00a0sob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nervozita \u010dasto pramen\u00ed <u>z pocitu ohro\u017een\u00ed<\/u>, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee souviset nap\u0159. s\u00a0ekonomick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my. Mu\u017e pot\u0159ebuje c\u00edtit, \u017ee je schopen svoji man\u017eelku ochr\u00e1nit, u\u017eivit a \u201eu\u010dinit \u0161\u0165astnou\u201c. Pak m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee usp\u011bl. Pokud o\u00a0 sob\u011b pochybuje, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 dluhy, pot\u00ed\u017ee v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci a nav\u00edc je \u017eena neust\u00e1le nespokojen\u00e1, c\u00edt\u00ed se oslaben, boj\u00ed se, \u017ee situaci nezvl\u00e1dne, \u017ee ho \u017eena ozna\u010d\u00ed za neschopn\u00e9ho a opust\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pocit ohro\u017een\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159etrv\u00e1vat z\u00a0minulosti, z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu, kter\u00e9ho si nemus\u00edme b\u00fdt v\u011bdomi. \u00daraz, operace, \u0161ok z\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, nezpracovan\u00fd bolestn\u00fd rozchod, strach z\u00a0opakov\u00e1n\u00ed bolesti, to v\u0161e jsou v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 mohou pracovat v\u00a0mysli podv\u011bdom\u011b a zp\u016fsobovat tak nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 reakce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e9my je vhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161it na \u00farovni, na kter\u00e9 vznikly<\/strong>.Pokud je nervozita zp\u016fsobena nap\u0159. \u0161patn\u00fdm tr\u00e1ven\u00edm nebo poruchou metabolismu, je dobr\u00e9 se poradit s\u00a0doktorem. Pokud je ale spojen\u00e1 s\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fdm komplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm podv\u011bdom\u00fdm procesem (a sem u\u017e spadaj\u00ed i pot\u00ed\u017ee se span\u00edm aj.), st\u00e1lo by za to po\u017e\u00e1dat o \u00a0pomoc n\u011bjak\u00e9ho zku\u0161en\u00e9ho psychoterapeuta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Co m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 ud\u011blat ty?<\/u><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><em>Nenech se zranit<\/em><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To, \u017ee ti man\u017eel odsekne nebo se na tebe obo\u0159\u00ed, neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee ti chce ubl\u00ed\u017eit. Pamatuj si, \u017ee:\u00a0 <strong>U mu\u017e\u016f se \u010dasto stres projevuje zv\u00fd\u0161enou agresivitou, zat\u00edmco u \u017een p\u0159ecitliv\u011blost\u00ed. <\/strong>\u010c\u00edm v\u00edc bude\u0161 zran\u011bn\u00e1, t\u00edm v\u00edc bude man\u017eel vystresovan\u00fd a situace se bude zhor\u0161ovat. Nenech se zranit, je to na tob\u011b, jestli nad jeho zavr\u010den\u00edm m\u00e1vne\u0161 rukou, nebo se s\u00a0pl\u00e1\u010dem slo\u017e\u00ed\u0161. Neber to tak v\u00e1\u017en\u011b!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><em>Komunikuj o v\u011bcech, co v\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy jste oba klidn\u00ed<\/strong>, se ho zeptej, co mu vad\u00ed. Tak si ujastn\u00edte oba, jestli to byla pouze \u201ep\u0159eh\u00e1\u0148ka\u201c nebo jestli je celkov\u011b zamra\u010deno, dusno a hroz\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed bou\u0159ky. Zkus se na v\u011bc pod\u00edvat i z\u00a0jeho pohledu. \u010casto se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na reakci toho druh\u00e9ho, ale nejsme si v\u011bdomi na\u0161\u00ed akce, na kterou reakce p\u0159i\u0161la. Pokud jsi t\u0159eba i ty dlouhodob\u011b rozlad\u011bn\u00e1, tak jeho nervozitu ovliv\u0148uje\u0161. A nejde o to hledat vin\u00edky! Kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk uv\u011bdom\u00ed sv\u016fj pod\u00edl zodpov\u011bdnosti, hned se z\u00a0pozice ob\u011bti dostane do role toho, kdo m\u00e1 mo\u017enost ud\u011blat n\u011bjakou zm\u011bnu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><em>Stanov si hranici, jak\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed snese\u0161<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>(Nap\u0159. Zvl\u00e1dnu, kdy\u017e se mra\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e pra\u0161t\u00ed rukou do stolu, ale v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nebudu tolerovat, kdyby m\u011b uhodil). Hranici je t\u0159eba si sama uv\u011bdomit a pak partnerovi, v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 klidn\u00e9 chv\u00edli, sd\u011blit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><em>Zkus b\u00fdt pozorovatelem<\/em><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sledovat \u201esp\u00ednac\u00ed mechanismus\u201c, ani ne tak z\u00e1minku (\u0161patn\u00fd postup p\u0159i vyt\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed), jako sp\u00ed\u0161 pocit, kter\u00fd vede k\u00a0man\u017eelov\u011b reakci. C\u00edt\u00ed se, \u017ee ho neposlouch\u00e1\u0161? \u017de nerespektuje\u0161 jeho n\u00e1zory? Co je za t\u00edm pocitem? Na co si v\u011bt\u0161inou st\u011b\u017euje ve vztahu k\u00a0tob\u011b? Do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry m\u00e1 pravdu? Ke komu c\u00edtil podobn\u00e9 emoce v\u00a0minulosti?<\/p>\n<p>Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee je nervozita \u010dist\u011b probl\u00e9mem tv\u00e9ho man\u017eela, a \u017ee si ji u\u017e p\u0159inesl do va\u0161eho vztahu. Ale tak\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee ji n\u011bjak spoluvytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edte. Mnoho partner\u016f to nev\u011bdomky d\u011bl\u00e1. Uvedu n\u00e1hodn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<p>Man\u017eel m\u00e1 v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci pot\u00ed\u017ee s\u00a0pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi, m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee ho nerespektuj\u00ed, \u017ee se jim ned\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159it\u00a0 a \u017ee celkov\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed kontrolu nad situac\u00ed. Ned\u00e1 to ale najevo. P\u0159ijde dom\u016f a sta\u010d\u00ed mal\u00e1 z\u00e1minka, aby vyventiloval v\u0161echno nap\u011bt\u00ed. Trochu se mu ulev\u00ed, ale mrz\u00ed ho, \u017ee byl prudk\u00fd \u010di odm\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na svoji man\u017eelku. Pozd\u011bji j\u00ed to chce vynahradit, p\u0159ivinout ji k\u00a0sob\u011b, aby v\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee ji m\u00e1 r\u00e1d a \u017ee po n\u00ed tou\u017e\u00ed. Ona se ale c\u00edt\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00e1, tak se odt\u00e1hne. Mu\u017e je rozlad\u011bn\u00fd, bere to jako odm\u00edtnut\u00ed. Pokud byl kdy v\u00a0minulosti opu\u0161t\u011bn n\u011bjakou \u017eenou, okam\u017eit\u011b se aktivuj\u00ed podobn\u00e9 pocity, (\u201enem\u00e1 m\u011b dost r\u00e1da, u\u017e j\u00ed jako mu\u017e nesta\u010d\u00edm, u\u017e m\u011b nechce&#8230;\u201c) Je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na svoje probl\u00e9my a nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nerozum\u00ed tomu, co se d\u011bje uvnit\u0159 \u017eeny, je to na n\u011bj \u00a0komplikovan\u00e9. M\u016f\u017ee mu p\u0159ipadat n\u00e1ladov\u00e1 a pln\u00e1 emoc\u00ed, se kter\u00fdmi si on nev\u00ed rady. Neuv\u011bdomuje si sv\u016fj pod\u00edl zodpov\u011bdnosti a je \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc na\u0161tvan\u00fd. \u201eBylo by tak jednoduch\u00e9\u201c, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 si, \u201ep\u0159eklenout tu vzd\u00e1lenost, vz\u00edt ji do n\u00e1ru\u010de a uk\u00e1zat j\u00ed, \u017ee ji miluju&#8230; Ale ona nechce!!\u201c Tak\u017ee, kdy\u017e se r\u00e1no vzbud\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00ed se je\u0161t\u011b mrzut\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u010dera. Jde do pr\u00e1ce s\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pocitem, \u017ee ho nikdo nerespektuje, \u017ee se nikomu ned\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159it a \u017ee celkov\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed kontrolu nad situac\u00ed. A tak to jde dokola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee, mil\u00e9 \u010dten\u00e1\u0159ky, v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nerad\u00edm nap\u0159ed se nechat od man\u017eela zml\u00e1tit (poni\u017eovat atd.) a pak je\u0161t\u011b zn\u00e1silnit (pokud nem\u00e1te na sex chu\u0165)!!! \ud83d\ude09 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Jen chci \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee kdy\u017e se nenech\u00e1te jeho nervozitou zdeptat, pokud to nebudete br\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 osobn\u011b a stanov\u00edte si jasn\u00e9 hranice, co jste ochotn\u00e9 sn\u00e9st, pak se v\u00e1m ur\u010dit\u011b ulev\u00ed. Kdyby v\u0161ak byl man\u017eel opravdu agresivn\u00ed, tak si dejte jako podm\u00ednku, \u017ee to bude n\u011bjak \u0159e\u0161it, nap\u0159. pomoc\u00ed psychoterapie.
